Implementation of a tool to monitor our clients’ job offers

Gender Biases, our gender-coded language tracking tool, allows us to measure and monitor inclusiveness and gender equality in the workplace. After collecting and analyzing more than 225,000 job offers across all sectors, our solution identified a clear bias around senior position offers towards female profiles, enabling the implementation of an action plan to increase diversity.
